DVORIKI VILLAGE, July 29. /TASS/. The date of Russia-OPEC energy dialog may be fixed in September at the International Energy Forum in Algiers, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday.

"[The date] is not yet known. I think we will discuss all these issues in September, when we will have a meeting within the framework of the International Energy Forum in Algiers. We will probably determine the date," the minister said.
