Gazprom revenues from gas exports in January-May down 31.4%

In the reporting period, Gazprom increased gas exports by 7.9% to 81.1 bln cubic meters against 75.2 bln cubic meters last year

MOSCOW, July 8. /TASS/. Gazprom revenues from natural gas export in January - May 2016 decreased by 31.4% year-on-year to $12.9 bln, according to the Russian Federal Customs Service report published on Friday.

In the reporting period, Gazprom increased gas exports by 7.9% to 81.1 bln cubic meters against 75.2 bln cubic meters last year.

Export of natural gas to the non-CIS countries rose by 16.2% to 66 bln cubic meters, to the CIS countries - declined by 17.9% to 15.1 bln cubic meters.
