VYRUBOVO VILLAGE (Moscow Region), July 5. /TASS/. The government’s budgetary commission endorsed Russian budget expenditures freeze in 2017-2019 at the level of 15.8 trillion rubles ($246 bln) per year, Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev said on Tuesday.
"[Expenditures freeze] approval will take place on Thursday at the government meeting. [The commission] endorsed it on the whole," the Minister said.
The commission did not discuss the second increase of pensions or privatization revenues of the budget in 2017, Ulyukayev said.
