MOSCOW, July 5. /TASS/. The Russian Presidential Administration and the government are unanimous in agreeing that in the current economic situation it is necessary to regulate the budget expenditures. Although, according to presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, it is too early to talk about specific articles.
"The government has begun to discuss the budget question, the budgeting process begins - it is not an easy process. There is a common understanding that is shared in the Presidential administration and the Government on the need for the regulation of the budget towards its optimization on a variety of expenses in order to match the current economic realities," Peskov said.
At the same time, according to him, "now it is not necessary to talk about any specific parameters, any reductions."
"The process of budget preparation is multi-layered," Peskov said.
