MOSCOW, July 4. /TASS/. The RN-Exploration company, a subsidiary of Russian state owned oil company Rosneft, will conduct a comprehensive geological and geophysical evaluation of international offshore projects, Rosneft said in a statement.

Rosneft is to pay 187.8 million rubles ($2.9 mln) to the company for this work.
Rosneft in cooperation with international partners is engaged in exploration development and production in offshore zones in Russia and abroad. For example, Rosneft is working off the coast of Vietnam and Norway and has agreement on the implementation of the gas project offshore Venezuela, in the second half of 2016, together with ExxonMobil the company plans work on the projects in the offshore zone near Mozambique.
In cooperation with Norway’s Statoil Rosneft is drilling in the Sea of ··Okhotsk. This summer it plans a seismic survey in the Kara and Chukchi Seas and the Laptev Sea.
In Russia Rosneft owns 55 licenses for the development of offshore zones.
