Over 1,000 delegates to attend 9th Cheboksary Economic Forum

The two-day forum is expected to yield a number of agreements, including on cooperation with Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corporation

CHEBOKSARY, June 23. /TASS/. More than 1,000 delegates, including businessmen from Europe, will take part in the 9th Cheboksary Economic Forum opening in the capital city of Russia’s republic of Chuvashia on Thursday, the press service of Chuvashia’s head told TASS.

"More than 1,000 people have confirmed their participation in the forum. They are representatives of executive authorities, influential financial organizations, businessmen, as well as guests from Japan, Italy, Germany, Great Britain and other countries," the press service said.

The forum is held in the follow-up of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and will focus on key economic problems facing Russia and developing markets in general, according to the organizers.
