Small and medium businesses will receive orders from large companies for the total sum of 1 trillion rubles ($15 bln) by the end of this year, which is almost 9 times more than last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

"By the end of the year, and this certainly the success of our government, I think, large companies will place orders for small and medium businesses by 1 trillion rubles. In comparison with the previous year that is an increase by almost 9 times," Putin said.
