ST. PETERSBURG, June 16. /TASS/. President of Russia’s oil major Lukoil Vagit Alekperov considers the price of "around $4 bln" for a 50% stake in Bashneft to be fair.

Lukoil will borrow funds in case of acquisition of a stake in Bashneft within its privatization, Alerperov said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2016) on Thursday. "Why yes," he said when asked a respective question.
