ST. PETERSBURG, June 16. /TASS/. Italy’s Banca Intesa is ready to participate in financing of Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline construction, Board Chairman of Intesa’s Russian subsidiary Antonio Fallico told TASS on Thursday at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"We stated our readiness just as for before for the Nord Stream-1, where we participated in financing. We are ready to participate in funding construction of the second line. Different contacts take place but the Nord Stream has not yet selected the line of conduct. We wait for their statements," Fallico said.
