MOSCOW, June 9. /TASS/. Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved the Strategy of development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the period till 2030.
"I’ve signed the Strategy of development of small and mid-sized business till 2030," he said at the government meeting on Thursday. "Our task is to support people willing to do their own business," he said, adding that Russia is still lagging behind developed countries regarding the level of small and mid-sized enterprises.
According to Medvedev, the Strategy particularly implies "simplified access of small and mid-sized business to funds and utility systems, and of course reduction of the administrative load."
