MOSCOW, June 7. /TASS/. Chief Executive Officer of Gazprom Alexei Miller and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko discussed current issues of cooperation in the natural gas sphere at the working meeting, the Russian gas holding said on Tuesday.
"It was noted Gazprom fully meets commitments on reliable gas supply for Belarus… Gazprom Transgaz Belarus [Belarus subsidiary of Gazprom - TASS] is the largest taxpayer in the Republic of Belarus, makes timely and full payments to the budget and settlements with Gazprom for gas supplied from Russia," Gazprom said.
Gazprom supplied 18.8 bln cubic meters of natural gas to Belarus in 2015. Furthermore, 45.4 mln cubic meters of natural gas were supplied via Belarus to CIS and non-CIS countries and the Kaliningrad Region of Russia.
