CHISINAU, May 23. /TASS/. Moldova’s new air carrier, Fly One, plans to launch regular air service with Russia’s Moscow, St. Petersburg and Voronezh, and with a number of European cities from June, the company’s director general, Nicu Berla, told a news conference on Monday.
The new air carrier is ready to offer its clients nine destinations enjoying biggest demand on the local market. "For these ends, Fly One has two modern Airbus A320 jets. If need be, we will order more planes and plan to expand our fleet to four planes," he said, adding the company will operate in the mid-price segment.
Founded in September 2015, Fly One has been performing charter flights to Antalya, Heraklion and Rhodes since April 2016. From June 2016, it plans to launch flights from Chisinau to Barcelona, Verona, Dublin, London, Lisbon, Parma and Florence.
