MOSCOW, May 4. /TASS/. Sberbank will extend a €350 mln loan for the term of six years to Croatia’s Agrokor, the largest retailer and foods producer in Eastern Europe, the Russian bank said on Wednesday.
"Sberbank and Agrokor are successfully cooperating for several years already. The new long-term loan is the next step in developing mutually beneficial relations," the press service of the bank said.
Sberbank already provided the €600 mln loan to Agrokor in 2014. Sberbank and Agrokor signed a memorandum of understanding for implementation of cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2015.
