Still no final decisions on "freezing" oil production - Russian Energy Minister Novak

"Final decisions are not in place, this is why we all are here," Novak said

DOHA, April 17. /TASS/. Final decisions on "freezing" oil production are not in place yet, Russia's Minister of Engergy Alexander Novak told reporters on Sunday.

"Final decisions are not in place, this is why we all are here," Novak said.

Oil producers, both members and non-members of OPEC, will have a meeting in Doha (Qatar) on Sunday, which will be aimed at stabilizing the oil prices.

The draft agreement, which the producers will discuss, suggests "freezing" the production at January’s level through to October, 2016.
