Income of Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev increased by almost 9% in 2015 to $131.79, which is $10,769 more than in 2014

MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin earned 8.891 mln rubles ($133,662) in 2015, which is 1.241 mln more than in 2014, according to the tax return published on the Kremlin website Friday.

The president also declared ownership of a 77-square-foot apartment, a garage (18 square meters) and a tract of land (1,500 square meters). Also, Putin owns a 153-square-foot apartment. All property declared by Putin is in Russia.

Among Putin's official assets are two vintage Volga sedans as well as a Niva and a Skif tent trailer.

In 2013, the Russian president made 3.6 million rubles (about $100,000 at the time).

Income of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev increased by almost 9% in 2015 to 8.767 mln rubles ($131.79), which is 716,300 rubles ($10,769) more than in 2014, when his income amounted to 8.051 mln rubles ($121.03), according to Medvedev tax return, published on the official government website on Friday.

As for real estate, Medvedev owns a flat of 367.8 square meters. The same apartment is also included in the tax return of his wife. In addition, Prime Minister owns a land plot on lease term (for 49 years) for 4,700 square meters.

Medvedev owns two vintage cars - 1948 GAZ-20 Pobeda and 1962GAZ-21 Volga.

His wife owns German Volkswagen Golf as well as two parking spaces of 32.5 square meters in total. According to the document, she did not receive any income last year, just like the year before that.

All property of the family is located in Russia.

Their only son, Ilya - is an adult, so parents do not present information about his income and property to the tax authorities.
