"He will arrive on Monday night, April 18, the meeting in the Russian capital will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday," the source said.
"In Moscow he will take part in the 3rd National oil and gas forum," the source told TASS.
In February, the Venezuelan minister already was in Moscow for talks with Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak and CEO of Russian state-owned oil company Rosneft Igor Sechin.
