MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. The average price for Urals crude oil equaled $36.53 per barrel in March 2016, a $6 increase compared with February ($30.55 per barrel) but an $18 decrease compared with last March ($54.53 per barrel), Russia’s Finance Ministry reported Friday.
In January-March 2016, the average price for Urals crude oil stood at $31.99 per barrel compared with $52.76 per barrel year-on-year.
Russia’s 2015 budget is based on $50 per barrel oil prices. The Finance Ministry is expected to submit amendments, preliminarily implying $40 per barrel, later this month.
