MINSK, March 25. /TASS/. The Russian side has not yet made a decision regarding the gas price cut for Belarus, Gazprom Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee Andrey Kruglov said Friday.
"Currently we’re working under the intergovernmental agreement, all previous arrangements are in force. Consultations are underway," he said.
According to Kruglov, Minks has voiced a wish to get the price for Russian gas slashed but the decision has not been made yet.
Currently, the price for Russian gas stands at $142 per 1,000 cubic meters for Belarus.
