MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. Germany’s Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier is currently meeting with Chief Executive Officer of the largest Russian bank Sberbank German Gref in Moscow’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel, TASS reports.
Steinmeier and Gref warmly greeted each other in the hotel’s lobby and went to the hall not accessible for the press.
Sberbank is under economic sanctions imposed by the European Union. Access of the credit institution to lending on the European market is restricted.
