Ukraine’s GDP goes down by near 10% in 2015 — state statistics

The Ukrainian government forecasts 1% GDP growth in 2016

KIEV, March 21. /TASS/. Ukraine's GDP in real terms went down by 9.9% in 2015 versus 2014, the State Statistics Service said on Monday.

Last year, the real GDP was 1,979.458 billion hryvni ($76 billion). Ukraine's per capita GDP was at 46,201 hryvni ($1,700).

Quarterly drop was reported as 17%, 14.7%, 7.2%, 1.4% comparing to the figures of 2014.

The Ukrainian government forecasts 1% GDP growth in 2016.
