Private companies account for about 20% of all Russian gas procurements by Turkey while Turkey’s state-controlled Botas is imports about 80% of Russian natural gas

MOSCOW, February 25. /TASS/. Gazprom Export continues negotiations with gas consumers in Turkey and sets its mind to keep stable contractual relations, press service of the export arm of the Russian gas holding said on Thursday.

"Negotiations between Gazprom Export and independent Turkish consumers continue in a meaningful fashion. Results of talks will be announced upon their conclusion. We are interested in maintaining stable contractual relations with our Turkish partners," the press service said.

Private companies account for about 20% of all Russian gas procurements by Turkey. Turkey’s state-controlled Botas company is importing about 80% of Russian natural gas.
