MOSCOW, February 2. /TASS/. The Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement present a challenge to the Russian economy, Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev said Tuesday.
"This is a strong challenge from the United States - the Trans-Pacific. It is a revolution in not only the global trade, but in the general system of world coordinates. We either walk fast, run in that direction, or will be left on the sidelines. The choice is very simple," Ulyukayev said urging the employees of the ministry to pay close attention to the issue.
