MOSCOW, February 1. /TASS/. The average price for Urals crude oil decreased 60% in Jan 2016 compared with the same period last year to $28.75 per barrel, leading expert at the tax, customs and tariff policy department of the Russian Finance Ministry Alexander Sakovich told TASS on Monday.
In January 2016, the average price for Urals crude equaled $46.58 per barrel while throughout 2015 it stood at $51.23 per barrel. In December 2015, the price for Urals oil was $36.42 per barrel. Thus, in monthly terms in January 2016 the price for Urals dropped by 21%.
