MOSCOW, January 21. /TASS/. The Russian federal budget deficit in 2015 totaled 2.048 trillion rubles ($24.34 bln), the Federal Treasury said Thursday.
Federal budget revenues in 2015 amounted to 13.45 trillion rubles ($161.02 bln) while expenditures totaled 15.5 trillion rubles ($186.56 bln).
Earlier, President of the Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova reported that the deficit amounted to about 2 trillion rubles ($23.88 bln), or 2.6% of GDP. The Russian Finance Ministry forecast a deficit of 2.8-2.9%.
