Russia's Aeroflot cancels 18 flights from Moscow over snowstorm

MOSCOW, January 19. /TASS/. Russia’s flagship airline Aeroflot will cancel 18 international and domestic flights on January 20 from Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow hit by a heavy snowfall, the company’s press service said on Monday.

The flights to Tel Aviv, Berlin, Warsaw, Munich, Riga, Istanbul, Tallinn, Budapest and some Russian cities will be cancelled, and their passengers will be carried by other flights, the company said.

The airline has also rescheduled flights to Vienna, Copenhagen, Riga, Stockholm, Vilnius and some domestic destinations.
