Volkswagen recalls 614 Skoda Superb III cars sold in Russia

MOSCOW, January 18. /TASS/. Volkswagen Group Rus recalls 614 Skoda Superb III cars sold in Russia from 2015 until 2016, the Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology reported on Monday.

According to the statement, the vehicles are recalled because connector T2a on the relay may not be fixed properly. This may cause failure of some electronic functions (for example, starting the car, opening the trunk lid, operation of indicator lights)," - according to the statement.

The fixation of the connector will be checked in all the vehicles which are subject to the recall. For the owners of the vehicles all repairs will be performed free of charge.
