BEIJING, January 16. /TASS/. By the end of the first quarter of 2016, the world oil price may stabilise followed by a further rise, Russian Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev told reporters on Saturday.
"Experts, and I share this viewpoint, expect that stabilisation on the oil market will be in place by the end of the first quarter followed by a further growth," Ulyukayev said adding it would be among the factors that would strengthen the rouble.
