Russian Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyuykayev has entered the Board of Governors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for Russia, he told reporters after the first day of the board's inauguration meeting in Beijing that kick-started the AIIB's operation.

"The bank has three-layered structure of management," Ulyukayev said. "There is a board of governors, a board of directors and executive bodies. I am the manager from Russia.".
