MOSCOW, December 24. /TASS/. Russia’s application for extending the Arctic continental shelf will be considered by the United Nations (UN) in February next year, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergey Donskoi told TASS on Thursday.

"The application will be considered by the UN in February 2016," he said.
