Russia's Gazprom will hold auction on gas sales to Baltic countries early in 2016

Gazprom earlier planned to hold the auction in December

MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. Gazprom Export, the export arm of Russian gas holding Gazprom, plans to hold the auction on the natural gas supply to Baltic nations early next year, the company told TASS on Monday.

The auction anticipates gas supplies after expiry of contracts valid until the end of this year. Details of the future auction will be communicated later on. The contract on gas supply to Lithuania will expire in 2016.
