MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. Google Inc. filed an application to the Moscow Arbitration Court to invalidate decisions of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service, the court said on Wednesday in its materials.
Press service of the Federal Antimonopoly Service told TASS the authority received documents and is currently considering them.
Google has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
On September 14, 2015 the Federal Antimonopoly Service recognized Google Inc. and Google Ireland Ltd. as having breached the competition protection law under the complaint of the Russian Internet company Yandex.
