KIEV, November 25. /TASS/. The ban to cross Ukraine’s airspace for Russian airlines will come into force at 00:00 midnight (01:00 am Moscow time) on November 26, representative of the press service of Ukraine’s ministry of infrastructure told TASS on Wednesday.
"We will close transit at 00:00 midnight (01:00 am Moscow time) on November 26. The state air transport service will inform the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency today," she said.
Ukraine fully closed its airspace for Russian air carriers, including transit flights, prime minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said earlier at the cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"Russian airlines and Russian aircraft are not entitled to use the Ukrainian airspace anymore," the Ukraine’s prime minister said.
