MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Gazprom Board of Directors could decide to sell its stake in company Interconnector (UK) Ltd. The meeting will be held on November 30, 2015, the company said Monday.
Gazprom currently owns 10% stake in the company.
Interconnector is a gas pipeline between the UK and continental Europe. It crosses the North Sea from the Bacton gas terminal in the town of Zeebrugge in Belgium and provides two-way transport of energy resources. Construction was completed in 1998.
