BAKU, November 17. /TASS/. Azerbaijan reduced its oil production by 2% in January-October 2015 compared with the same period last year to 35.026 mln tonnes, the country’s State Statistical Committee reported on Tuesday.
According to the Committee, gas output in the reporting period dropped by 2.7% to 24.546 bln cubic meters.
In 2015, the country plans to produce 41.2 mln tonnes of crude oil and 30.2 bln cubic meters of gas.
Last year the Republic of Azerbaijan produced 42 mln tonnes of oil and 29.6 bln cubic meters of gas.
