MOSCOW, November 12. /TASS/. Russia’s National System of Payment Cards (NSPC) payment system and Vietnam’s BanknetVN signed an agreement on integration of payment systems, NSPC said on Thursday.
The document contemplates interaction of national banking systems of payment cards of Russia and Vietnam in the field of ATM and POS terminal operations in both nations and transfer of private payments between two countries.
"Interaction of payment systems is aimed at broadening the acceptance zone of cards issued by Vietnamese and Russian banks. Citizens of both nations will conveniently use the national payment cards either at home or overseas when making operations and electronic payments," NSPC Chief Executive Vladimir Komlev said.
