MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. The Russian Ministry of Economic Development knows about Ukraine’s claim against Russia. The Russian side is analyzing the situation and developing tactics of its actions, First Deputy Minister Alexey Likhachev told TASS.
"Yes, the Ministry of Economic Development knows about it. Our specialists performed the first express analysis of such a situation. Slightly more time is needed to develop strategy and tactics in this regard. In any case we will act in conformity to WTO regulations," Likhachev said.
TASS reported earlier Ukraine filed a claim against Russia to the World Trade Organization.
The claim is related to restrictions imposed on Ukraine’s railcars and point switches, Ukraine’s deputy minister of economic development Natalia Mikolskaya said.
Ukraine expects the issue to be settled at the stage of consultations to be held within 30 days, she added.
