KIEV, October 15. /TASS/. Ukraine will issue new bonds in exchange for existing bonds in mid-November, Ukraine’s Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko said Thursday.

"We will issue new bonds in exchange for existing in mid-November after the negotiations on Russian bonds," Jaresko said, adding that "it will complete a very large portion of the government debt restructuring."

Ukraine should exchange the Eurobonds for new securities in the framework of the terms, agreed with the special committee of creditors. The corresponding package of laws on debt restructuring was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada and signed by the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The package includes, among other things, amendments to the Tax and Budgetary codes, as well as to the law on securities and stock market.
