MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. Russian oil majors Rosneft and Lukoil may lose over 250 bln rubles ($3.8 bln) from the mineral extraction tax rise, Chief Executive Officer of Sberbank German Gref said on Thursday.
"We have already calculated loss of specific companies. Rosneft and Lukoil will lose most of all, over 250 bln rubles ($3.8 bln)," Gref said.
