VLADIVOSTOK, September 5. /TASS/. The construction of the Zvezda shipbuilding cluster in the Russian Far East may require 20 billion roubles from the National Welfare Fund (NWF), Russian presidential aide Andrei Belousov said at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF 2015) on Saturday.

"It will be partly financed by loan issued by Gazprombank, partly - by the transaction flow, from proceeds the plant will receive from the placement of orders. But we’ll possibly have to take the remaining some 20 billion roubles from the NWF," he said.
