Rosneft signs deal of intent to supply liquefied hydrocarbon gas, propylene to China

VLADIVOSTOK, September 4. /TASS/. Rosneft, Avestra Chemical SA and Manzhouli Far East Gas Co. Ltd signed a trilateral cooperation agreement of intent for the supply of propylene and various types of liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) to China.

According to the document, the long-term supply of LHG and propylene produced by Rosneft totaling from 60,000 to 200,000 tonnes per year is being discussed as well as using terminals of Far East Gas for transshipment of said petroleum products.

Harbin Railways, PetroChina and Avestra are the shareholders of the Far East Gas company.

The total planned capacity of the terminal is up to 3 mln tonnes of LHG and propylene per year.
