MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on establishment of Sheremetyevo Airport joint stock company with the government’s stake in the charter capital of at least 30%. The document was posted on the official website on Friday.
"To accept the proposal of the Russian government on establishment of Sheremetyevo Airport joint stock company by the Russian Federation and OOO Sheremetyevo Holding, ensuring the Russian Federation’s share in the charter capital of AO Sheremetyevo Airport of at least 30%," the decree said.
The presidential decree authorized the procedure of increasing the charter capital by an additional issue of shares, ensuring Russia’s equity interest of at least 30%.
