VIENNA, August 12. /TASS/. Austrian OMV sees good chances for entering the oil market of Iran after sanctions are ultimately lifted, Chief Executive Officer of OMV Rainer Seele said on Wednesday.

"Iran needs billions of investments and a breakthrough in technology — this is a good chance for OMV", Seele said.

"Attractive prospects are surfacing" for the oil sector, he said. "We had good relations with Iran. It is important OMV had technology competences needed for Iran," Seele added.
