HANOI, August 3. /TASS/. Russian nuclear energy corporation Rosatom and Vietnam’s state-owned Vietnam Electricity (VPN) signed the master framework agreement on implementation of the first phase of Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear power plant construction project, Rosatom said on Monday.
"Signing of the agreement that took place during the first meeting of the joint Russia-Vietnam working group on Ninh Thuan nuclear power plant is one of critical steps in implementation of the first Vietnam’s nuclear power plant construction project," Rosatom reported.
