MOSCOW, July 31. / TASS / Russian oil major Rosneft is ready to suspend its activities on the territory of Abkhazia in connection with the statements of officials of the republic parliament and commission to verify the validity of the conclusion of agreements on oil exploration and production in the territory of the Abkhazia shelf, the oil company said in a statement on Friday.
Rosneft is committed to the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation with the deepest respect for the brotherly people of Abkhazia, the authorities, the legislation of Abkhazia and is ready to suspend all activities on the territory of the Republic until a final decision is made," the company said in a statement.
