MOSCOW, July 30./TASS/.The first 5,000 sim cards from east Ukraine's self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) mobile communications operator Fenix are on sale from Thursday, the Communications Ministry announced.

"Subscribers can use test sim cards that will last until October 1," the service announced. Minister Viktor Yatsenko said coverage extends over all DPR territory.
