MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. First Deputy Minister of Energy Alexey Teksler was elected the Chairman of Bashneft’s Board of Directors, the Russian oil producer said on Monday.
Bashneft’s Board of Directors elected Teksler as the Chairman on July 27 in accordance with the directive of the Russian Government.
TASS reported earlier Bashneft’s shareholders approved the Board of Directors comprising ten members at the annual meeting.
Bashneft’s majority shareholders are the Russian Federation represented by the Russian Property Management Agency [50% plus 1 share] and Bashkiria [25% plus 1 share].
