KIEV, April 27. /TASS/. Ukraine’s foreign debt rose 8.3% (by $2.4 bln) in March 2015 and totaled $32.8 bln as of March 31, the finance ministry of Ukraine said on Monday.
The total amount of the direct government debt equaled $54.1 bln as of March 31 vs. $49.4 as of February 28.
The debt guaranteed by the state totaled $11.0 bln as of March 31, 2015.
Ukraine’s debt growth indicators in March are comparable with data for the whole 2014 year. The Ukraine’s foreign debt rose 10.3% or by 2.9 bln on the annualized basis and totaled $30.8 bln as of December 31, 2014, compared to $27.9 bln at 2013 year-end.
