MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. Russian gas producer Gazprom confirmed receiving $20 mln of prepayment from Ukraine’s state gas company Naftogaz for gas supplies, a representative of the company told TASS Wednesday.
Earlier on Wednesday Naftogaz said it had transferred $20 mln of prepayment for April gas deliveries to Russian Gazprom.
As TASS reported earlier the Ukrainian state gas company transferred the first tranche of prepayment for Q2 gas supplies worth $30 mln on April 2. Now the issue is about the second tranche transferred a week later (on April 9).
Gazprom supplies gas to Ukraine in Q2 2015 at the price of $247.18 for 1,000 cubic meters.
