MOSCOW, March 25. /TASS/. The draft bill on capital amnesty sets strict norms of data confidentiality, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Wednesday.
He was speaking at a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and members of the government.
"This law envisages norms of strict confidentiality, a strict approach to keep the information confidential. This information will be subject to tax secret regime", Siluanov said.
Siluanov said that the information cannot be used in any sort of disputes, whether it is a criminal or an administrative case.
"This information will be strictly controlled of the tax service", Siluanov said.
