MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the signing of a protocol to the Russian-Chinese agreement aimed to eliminate double taxation and prevent tax evasion, the government said on its website on Wednesday.
"Under the sanctions imposed on Russia by the European Union, US and other countries, the signing of the protocol will redirect Russian borrowers to Asian capital markets cutting expenses on loan attraction and attendance," the government said adding that the protocol had to be ratified.
